Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production lines
- Collaborate with R&D and quality teams to resolve technical issues
- Conduct root cause analysis for production defects and implement preventive measures
- Manage engineering projects from conception through to successful implementation
- Train production staff on new equipment, processes, and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and engineering tools
- Experience with process improvement and cost reduction initiatives
- Excellent problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
- Strong communication abilities and cross-functional collaboration experience
