Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engineering solutions to improve manufacturing yield, quality, and efficiency
- Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process optimization strategies
- Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Prepare technical documentation, including process flow charts, standard operating procedures, and improvement reports
- Train and mentor production staff on new processes, equipment, and quality standards
- Monitor key performance indicators and report on manufacturing performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and lean methodologies
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical methods for process improvement
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Experience with CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
