Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions
- Develop and maintain production documentation, SOPs, and quality control standards
- Analyze manufacturing data to identify cost reduction opportunities and productivity enhancements
- Lead continuous improvement projects using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Train production staff on new equipment, processes, and quality procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or production environment
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and manufacturing simulation tools
- Experience with process mapping, FMEA, and statistical process control
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication abilities for cross-departmental collaboration
