Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Implement and maintain Lean manufacturing tools and methodologies (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Kanban) to enhance efficiency.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) to resolve production defects and quality issues effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor production schedules and capacity planning to ensure on-time delivery targets are met.
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance reviews and coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Train and mentor junior engineering staff on best practices in manufacturing and safety compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the electronics or automotive sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and process improvement techniques.
- Proficiency in using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and adhere to strict safety protocols.
