Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain automated production systems to enhance manufacturing efficiency and output.
- Monitor production lines and machinery performance to identify bottlenecks and optimize workflows.
- Supervise and guide production staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement effective preventive maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate new technologies into existing production lines.
- Ensure full compliance with ISO standards, safety regulations, and company operational policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments.
- Strong proficiency in automation systems, PLC programming, and SCADA interfaces.
- In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Valid Work Pass or Singapore Citizenship/PR status is required.
- Proven track record in managing personnel, coordinating complex projects, and driving process improvements.
