Tanggung Jawab
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality
- Develop and implement standardized operating procedures for assembly and production workflows
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with R&D teams to design and implement process improvements for new products
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards (ISO, Six Sigma)
- Train production staff on new equipment, processes, and quality control measures
- Manage continuous improvement projects using lean manufacturing methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or process optimization
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing process simulation tools
- Experience with quality management systems (Six Sigma, ISO 9001)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and data analysis capabilities
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
