As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in the New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle, optimizing production lines, and implementing lean manufacturing principles. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and implementation of efficient manufacturing processes and systems.
- Collaborate with R&D and design teams to transition products from prototype to mass production smoothly.
- Conduct root cause analysis for manufacturing defects and implement corrective actions to ensure quality standards.
- Optimize production workflows and reduce waste through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Perform feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for the procurement of new manufacturing equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or NPI environment.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and ISO quality standards is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team setting.
