Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze existing assembly processes and production lines to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance production yield and quality.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as First Pass Yield (FPY), cycle time, and scrap rates to ensure targets are met.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve production deviations.
- Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and detailed work instructions for operators.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule equipment calibrations and preventive maintenance activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management (TQM) principles.
- Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing process simulation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
