- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and lean manufacturing principles
- Experience with semiconductor manufacturing or wafer-level packaging preferred
- Proficient in technical analysis and problem-solving techniques
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evening shifts (4pm - 1:30am)
