- Optimize manufacturing processes for hard disk drive production using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve technical issues and maintain quality standards
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process flow charts
- Analyze production data to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Support new product introduction and process validation activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the hard disk drive or electronics industry
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and tools (e.g., DMAIC, 5S, Kaizen)
- Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
