We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to develop, implement, and sustain cable and wire harness manufacturing processes. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing production lines, ensuring high-quality output, and driving continuous improvement within our engineering department.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues, refine assembly techniques, and ensure that all processes comply with safety and industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and optimize manufacturing processes for cable and wire harness assemblies to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production teams.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
- Monitor quality control metrics and ensure final products meet all technical specifications.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve machinery and equipment issues.
- Prepare technical reports and present process improvements to management.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and ISO quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably within the electronics or automotive wire harness industry.
- Strong understanding of wire harness manufacturing techniques and assembly lines.
- Proficiency in using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for technical documentation.
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in Santo Tomas City, Batangas.
