Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement efficient manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce waste
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and meet production targets
- Train and mentor staff on new equipment, processes, and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Investigate and resolve production issues and equipment malfunctions
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
