Adecco is proud to represent a prestigious and rapidly expanding Semiconductor Fabrication leader in Singapore. We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer (Litho / Etch) to join their world-class manufacturing team based in the Central Region. This is a critical role focused on the heart of the semiconductor manufacturing process.
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be the key technical expert responsible for the Lithography and/or Etching modules. Your primary mission will be to resolve complex process issues, execute robust continuous improvement plans, and systematically enhance overall yield, product quality, and operational cost efficiency.
You will work in a highly advanced, state-of-the-art 300mm wafer fabrication cleanroom environment, using cutting-edge equipment and process control systems. This role offers immense visibility and the opportunity to work on some of the most advanced technology nodes in the industry.
This position offers a competitive salary package of $4,500 - $5,500 per month with a comprehensive benefits package including AWS (Annual Wage Supplement) and Variable Bonus (VB). You will have a clear career progression path in a company known for investing heavily in their talent.

Tanggung Jawab
- Establish and optimize Lithography and Etching process parameters to achieve desired device specifications and high yield.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations, defects, and equipment malfunctions.
- Drive continuous improvement projects aimed at improving Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE), cycle time, and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with Equipment, Integration, and Product Engineering teams to address cross-functional technical challenges.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), FMEAs, and control plans.
- Perform statistical process control (SPC) analysis and manage process control systems to ensure robust manufacturing stability.
- Support new product introductions (NPI) and process transfers from development to high-volume manufacturing.
- Lead advanced process control (APC) and fault detection classification (FDC) initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor manufacturing, specifically in Lithography and/or Etching modules.
- Strong understanding of photolithographic principles (photoresist, masks, steppers/scanners, CD control) or plasma etching technologies (dielectric/metal etch, chamber matching).
- Proficiency in using metrology tools (e.g., SEM, OCD, defect inspection systems).
- Demonstrated experience with statistical tools (JMP, Python, or equivalent) and design of experiments (DOE).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of cleanroom protocols and safety standards is mandatory.
- Experience with 300mm wafer fabrication is a strong advantage.
