- Develop, implement, and optimize lithography processes for semiconductor manufacturing
- Design and execute experiments (DOE) to process parameters and identify improvement opportunities
- Monitor and analyze process data to ensure consistent product quality and yield
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement solutions
- Maintain strict adherence to cleanroom protocols and safety procedures
- Document processes, procedures, and technical specifications according to company standards
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging lithography technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor lithography process engineering
- Strong knowledge of photolithography principles, equipment, and techniques
- Proficiency in design of experiments (DOE) and statistical process control
- Experience working in semiconductor cleanroom environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
