Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and optimize mechanical manufacturing processes to improve production efficiency and product quality.
- Conduct root cause analysis to diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and ISO manufacturing standards.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects, to reduce cycle times and operational costs.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, including process flows, bill of materials (BOMs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for critical manufacturing machinery to ensure optimal uptime.
- Utilize CAD software and PLM systems to create technical drawings and support new product introduction (NPI) efforts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering or process engineering role.
- Strong working knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and PLM systems.
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
