In this role, you will be the bridge between design and production, ensuring that our manufacturing processes are not only efficient but also consistently yield top-tier quality products.
You will be instrumental in troubleshooting complex mechanical process issues, driving lean manufacturing initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to reduce downtime and optimize cost efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues in the manufacturing process to minimize downtime.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing production yield and product quality.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for mechanical failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to streamline workflows and improve manufacturing throughput.
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and ensure all machinery adheres to safety and performance standards.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
- Assist in the implementation of cost-saving initiatives related to materials usage and labor efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally within the semiconductor or electronics sector.
- Strong proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting and process optimization tools (e.g., Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen).
- Hands-on experience with CAD software and production machinery maintenance.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manufacturing specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
