Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve production throughput and efficiency.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and operational costs.
- Monitor production KPIs and provide data-driven reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and Quality Assurance, to resolve technical issues and ensure product compliance.
- Manage equipment lifecycle, including installation, calibration, and preventive maintenance scheduling.
- Execute root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and process deviations.
- Train production staff on new procedures and safety standards to ensure a high-performance work culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within an MNC setting.
- Strong proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen principles.
- Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD) and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
- Proven track record in managing production projects and cross-functional technical teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of ISO quality standards and workplace safety regulations (WSH).
