Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for semiconductor devices
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate new technologies into manufacturable processes
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including standard operating procedures
- Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for process enhancement
- Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure product specifications are met
- Train production staff on new processes and equipment
- Stay current with industry advancements and emerging technologies in semiconductor manufacturing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related industry
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies
- Experience with process optimization and statistical analysis tools
- Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in engineering software and data analysis tools
