Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of line leaders and operators to optimize daily production schedules and meet output targets.
- Monitor and analyze production data in real-time to drive improvements in quality, productivity, and overall yield.
- Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and strict safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and resolve process bottlenecks efficiently.
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality deviations and implement effective corrective actions.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives and Kaizen projects within the production line to reduce waste.
- Manage inventory levels and raw material usage to minimize costs and ensure continuous flow.
- Ensure full compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse production team.
- Solid understanding of quality control systems, such as Six Sigma or ISO 9001.
- Experience with production planning, yield management, and process optimization.
- Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts on a permanent basis.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing execution systems.
