HKM HR Management is seeking two dedicated Manufacturing/Product Engineers to join a fast-paced production environment in the Tai Seng area. In this role, you will bridge the gap between product design and mass production, ensuring our high-quality electronic components meet stringent global standards.
As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for optimizing production workflows, troubleshooting technical bottlenecks, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain, to ensure timely product launches and sustained manufacturing excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end product engineering lifecycle from prototype to mass production.
- Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield, efficiency, and throughput.
- Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) on production line defects and implement effective corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues related to electronic assemblies.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
- Assist in equipment qualification and process validation activities.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and optimize production costs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing or EMS environment.
- Strong understanding of electronic components, PCB assembly, and soldering standards (IPC).
- Proficiency in manufacturing tools such as CAD, ERP systems, and basic statistical process control (SPC).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to production line issues.
- Strong communication skills, capable of coordinating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
