Tanggung Jawab
- Optimize RIE plasma etching processes through systematic Design of Experiments (DOE) methodologies
- Develop and implement process improvements for wafer fabrication yield enhancement
- Maintain and troubleshoot semiconductor cleanroom equipment and processes
- Collaborate with R&D teams to transfer new technologies into production
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and cleanroom standards
- Analyze process data and implement statistical process control measures
- Lead cross-functional projects for manufacturing efficiency improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years' experience in semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Expertise in plasma etching (RIE/ICP) process optimization
- Proficiency in DOE techniques and statistical analysis tools
- Hands-on experience in wafer fabrication and cleanroom operations
- Strong problem-solving skills with root cause analysis abilities
- Knowledge of semiconductor quality standards (ISO 9001, SEMI standards)
