Manufacturing Engineer/Senior Engineer – Efficiency

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Manufacturing Engineer/Senior Engineer – Efficiency to drive operational excellence through data-driven insights.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive fab operation reports and systems. Leveraging your expertise in Power BI, VBA, Excel, and Delphi 7, you will create automated solutions that enhance visibility into manufacturing performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, implement process improvements, and support the factory's digital transformation initiatives.
Key aspects of the role include building dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), developing macros to streamline data analysis, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of reporting. The ideal candidate has a strong engineering background, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for using technology to solve complex manufacturing challenges.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to monitor fab operation metrics and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Automate complex data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes using VBA macros and advanced Excel functions.
- Develop and enhance legacy and new systems using Delphi 7 to support manufacturing operations and data collection.
- Collaborate with process engineering, production, and quality teams to identify efficiency improvement opportunities and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple sources; troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies in reporting systems.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support management in capacity planning, yield improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Document system architectures, reporting procedures, and user guides to facilitate knowledge transfer and sustainment.
- Stay updated with industry trends and recommend new tools or methodologies to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Computer, or related field) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience for Engineer, or 5+ years for Senior Engineer in manufacturing engineering, preferably in semiconductor or electronics industry.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization, VBA for automation, Excel for analysis, and Delphi 7 for application development.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management systems is an added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with large datasets.
- Effective communication skills to interact with diverse technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes, yield management, and statistical process control (SPC) is a plus.
