Are you an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with a passion for precision stamping processes? Advanced Assembly Materials (M) Sdn. Bhd. is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Manufacturing Engineer (Stamping) to join our dynamic team in Pasir Gudang, Johor.
In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing our production lines, ensuring high-quality output, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within our stamping facility. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and optimize stamping processes to ensure peak production efficiency.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on the shop floor and implement effective root cause corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction projects.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for machine upgrades, preventive maintenance, and tooling adjustments.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes strictly adhere to safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including SOPs and process flow diagrams.
- Provide technical training and support to production operators and junior staff members.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a metal stamping or high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and familiarity with stamping die design and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, 5S, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively coordinate with teams.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
