Are you a detail-oriented engineer passionate about high-tech system integration? VDL ETG is looking for a dynamic Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Joo Koon. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between design concepts and large-scale manufacturing success. You will take ownership of the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of complex system integration processes, ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards while optimizing production efficiency.
You will work in a fast-paced environment where your technical expertise in assembly, testing, and process optimization will directly impact our operational output. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, direct, and coordinate the complete manufacturing lifecycle for complex system integration projects.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent assembly quality.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce cycle times and minimize production waste.
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues during the integration and testing phases.
- Monitor production KPIs and generate performance reports to drive data-based decision-making.
- Ensure full compliance with safety protocols and industry-specific quality standards.
- Support the introduction of new products into the production line (NPI) through effective design for manufacturing (DFM) feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or system integration environment.
- Strong understanding of electromechanical assembly and integration processes.
- Proficiency in CAD software and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or ERP platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proven track record of troubleshooting complex assembly failures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading technical discussions.
- Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines in a collaborative team-based setting.
