Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize system integration processes for electronic assemblies
- Develop manufacturing work instructions and process documentation
- Analyze production data to identify efficiency improvements and cost reduction opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to transition new products into manufacturing
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Troubleshoot complex manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions
- Manage automation and robotic system integration for production lines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in electronics
- Strong knowledge of system integration principles and assembly processes
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and manufacturing simulation tools
- Experience with Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Familiarity with IPC standards and quality control systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities
