Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the development and documentation of advanced manufacturing process workflows.
- Conduct data analysis to identify process bottlenecks and suggest actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical report compilation and project status updates.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and company quality procedures.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) activities for manufacturing equipment and process deviations.
- Maintain comprehensive records of project progress and technical documentation for audit readiness.
- Support the team with specialized administrative tasks that require advanced technical understanding.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Master's or PhD program in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB, or similar tools).
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced industrial environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple documentation requirements simultaneously.
