- Lead and mentor cross-functional engineering teams to drive operational excellence in medical device manufacturing
- Develop and implement innovative manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, ISO 13485 standards, and other medical device industry requirements
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams to optimize product lifecycle management
- Manage departmental resources, budgets, and KPIs to achieve production targets
- Implement automation and advanced manufacturing technologies to enhance production capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of manufacturing engineering experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in medical device manufacturing or highly regulated industries
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization methodologies
- Experience with FDA regulations, ISO 13485, and quality management systems
- Exceptional leadership skills with track record of developing engineering talent
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and manufacturing process simulation tools
