We are seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineering MED Specialist to join the dynamic team at PT Golden Victory Manufacturies. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing production lines, improving manufacturing efficiency, and ensuring that our standards of quality are met at every stage of the process.

You will be responsible for analyzing current production workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions that drive productivity. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key, as you will work closely with production managers and quality assurance personnel to resolve technical issues and enhance operational workflows.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste in footwear production.
- Monitor daily production operations and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure all footwear products meet international and company standards.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and oversee the upkeep of production machinery and equipment.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various manufacturing tasks to ensure consistency.
- Train and mentor production staff on new engineering techniques and safety protocols.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues that arise during the manufacturing process to minimize downtime.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably within the footwear or textile industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing machinery, production line management, and quality assurance systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex engineering issues.
- Proficiency in using engineering software and data analysis tools to track production performance.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid BPJS (Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan) participation is required.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment located in Pemalang, Jawa Tengah.
