Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and resolving complex production issues to minimize downtime.
- Analyze manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma).
- Collaborate with design and production teams to transition new product designs into scalable manufacturing processes.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
- Oversee the implementation of new manufacturing equipment, tools, and automated systems.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring quality defects and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Ensure full compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or a related Engineering field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a high-precision manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong proficiency in technical problem-solving methodologies (8D, RCA, FMEA).
- Proven expertise in CNC machining, assembly operations, or industrial automation.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional technical teams.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
