Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve production yield and efficiency.
- Lead continuous improvement projects (Kaizen) to reduce cycle times and minimize waste.
- Coordinate the development and installation of new production facilities and assembly equipment.
- Perform root cause analysis for technical production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to ensure high uptime of manufacturing machinery.
- Monitor production KPIs and prepare technical reports for management review.
- Ensure all engineering designs and modifications comply with safety and environmental standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Strong proficiency in technical drawing software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Deep understanding of manufacturing methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 5S.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to factory floor challenges.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
