Jumbo Power International is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor to lead our production engineering team in Jakarta Utara. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our manufacturing operations, ensuring that our production processes are optimized for maximum efficiency, safety, and quality output. You will bridge the gap between technical strategy and daily execution, mentoring a team of engineers while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, supervise, and mentor the manufacturing engineering team to ensure alignment with production targets and operational standards.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes to increase yield and reduce waste.
- Conduct regular audits of production lines to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions using Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Manage capital projects, including the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of new machinery and production technologies.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international occupational health and safety (HSE) standards across all manufacturing floors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Maintenance, to ensure seamless production cycles.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to report on productivity, efficiency, and cost-saving milestones to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong technical proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and ERP systems (SAP or equivalent).
- Proven track record in project management and process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
