Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years manufacturing engineering experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Proven track record in process optimization and lean manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of medical device regulations and quality standards
- Excellent team management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with CAD/CAM software and manufacturing systems
