Join Celestica's dynamic engineering team as a Manufacturing Equipment Engineer specializing in Surface Mount Technology (SMT). Based at our Kulim Hi-Tech Park facility, you'll be instrumental in maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting advanced manufacturing equipment that drives our global electronics production. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventative maintenance, calibration, and repairs on SMT equipment including printers, placers, reflow ovens, and AOI systems
- Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize production downtime
- Optimize equipment parameters and processes to improve production yield and efficiency
- Develop and implement equipment SOPs and maintenance documentation
- Collaborate with production teams on process improvement initiatives
- Train production staff on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify improvement opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SMT equipment maintenance or similar manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of SMT processes, components, and equipment
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics and equipment manuals
- Experience with PLC programming and industrial automation systems
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance methodologies and CMMS systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
