Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement robust MES solutions tailored for global manufacturing environments.
- Integrate MES systems with existing ERP, WMS, and SCADA platforms to ensure seamless data flow.
- Conduct system analysis, architecture design, and coding for industrial automation applications.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and validation to ensure system stability and compliance.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for deployed MES solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and clients to define project requirements.
- Optimize system performance and database integrity to support high-volume manufacturing data processing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MES implementation, Manufacturing IT, or Industrial Automation.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or .NET.
- Experience with database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle) and data modeling.
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (OPC UA, Modbus, TCP/IP) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
