About the Role: Wiwynn is a leading provider of cloud computing solutions and server manufacturing services. We are currently seeking a skilled Manufacturing Fixture Test Engineer (MFTE) to join our dynamic team in Senai, Johor. In this critical position, you will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and in-depth analysis of test fixtures used in functional testing. You will act as a technical expert to analyze and resolve complex issues found during production testing and mass production cycles, ensuring our high standards of quality and reliability are met.
As a key member of our engineering team, you will bridge the gap between design and manufacturing, ensuring that our products are tested efficiently and accurately. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, configure, and maintain manufacturing test fixtures and jigs for functional testing and mass production.
- Perform root cause analysis on test failures and implement effective corrective actions to improve yield rates.
- Collaborate closely with the production and R&D teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues arising during high-volume manufacturing runs.
- Optimize test processes and fixture layouts to reduce cycle time, minimize cost, and enhance production efficiency.
- Ensure all fixtures comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and ISO requirements.
- Document test procedures, analyze data trends, and provide technical reports to management.
- Conduct training sessions for production staff on fixture usage and troubleshooting techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in manufacturing fixture design, test engineering, or quality control.
- Strong proficiency in using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and test measurement equipment.
- Deep understanding of mass production processes, SMT (Surface Mount Technology), or PCBA assembly is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is an added advantage.
