Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end plant trials for new manufacturing processes and products
- Design and execute comprehensive validation protocols for new technologies
- Drive continuous process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Facilitate seamless R&D to commercialization technology transfer
- Analyze production data to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop and implement standardized operating procedures

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 2 years in manufacturing engineering or process optimization
- Experience with plant trials and validation methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem-solving approach
- Knowledge of GMP and ISO quality standards
- Proficiency in process simulation and improvement tools
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
