In this role, you will act as the crucial bridge between R&D and the factory floor. You will apply your engineering expertise to plan, coordinate, and oversee the integration of complex electromechanical systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute the integration of complex electromechanical sub-assemblies and systems in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Collaborate with design engineering teams to review product designs for manufacturability and provide feedback to improve assembly efficiency and quality.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and manufacturing BOMs.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for manufacturing issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum yield.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies to enhance cycle time, cost, and quality metrics.
- Train and mentor production technicians and operators on new processes and assembly techniques.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as throughput, first-pass yield (FPY), and equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Ensure compliance with EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) standards and cleanroom protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing integration, process engineering, or production support within the semiconductor, electronics, or precision equipment industry.
- Strong technical aptitude with a deep understanding of mechanical assembly, fluidics, pneumatics, and electrical cabling.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and CAD models (e.g., NX, SolidWorks).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written in English).
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred) and statistical process control (SPC).
