Tanggung Jawab
- Observe and document NAND manufacturing processes including photolithography, etching, and deposition
- Assist in equipment lifecycle management through maintenance scheduling and performance tracking
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and data analysis for yield enhancement
- Support contamination control and safety protocol adherence in cleanroom environments
- Collaborate with engineering teams on equipment troubleshooting and calibration
- Document manufacturing procedures and create technical reports
- Contribute to cross-functional projects involving process engineering and quality assurance
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related field
- Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing concepts or willingness to learn
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment following safety protocols
- Previous internship or lab experience preferred
