- Develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies to optimize production workflows

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles
- Strong expertise in lean manufacturing methodologies and process optimization
- Proven track record in quality management systems implementation
- Experience leading cross-departmental engineering and operations alignment
- Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
