- Oversee daily CNC machining operations to achieve production targets and quality standards
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Lead and mentor production teams, fostering a culture of safety and operational excellence
- Optimize production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to enhance productivity
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and safety regulations
- Analyze production data to identify trends and drive process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing management, preferably in CNC machining
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Expertise in production planning, inventory control, and process optimization
- Proficiency in ERP/MES systems and manufacturing software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience implementing quality control systems and compliance protocols
