Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive manufacturing strategies to meet production targets while maintaining strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment between engineering, logistics, and floor operations.
- Drive the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to identify bottlenecks and maximize production efficiency.
- Oversee quality management systems to ensure all manufactured products meet rigorous internal and external specifications.
- Manage the production budget, including resource allocation, equipment maintenance, and material inventory control.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to production staff to improve operational productivity.
- Collaborate with the engineering department to oversee the integration of new equipment and process automation initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or a related technical discipline).
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a manufacturing management role within a high-volume production environment.
- Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
- Proven ability to bridge communication gaps between technical engineering teams and operational staff.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to process optimization.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing diverse teams in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in ERP software and advanced data analysis tools (e.g., MS Excel, Minitab).
