Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee entire box build assembly operations, ensuring production targets and quality standards are consistently met
- Lead, train, and mentor assembly teams while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement
- Develop and implement production schedules, optimizing resource allocation and workflow efficiency
- Analyze performance metrics and implement corrective actions to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve technical issues and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure timely material availability
- Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining product quality and delivery timelines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing management experience, with 3+ years in box build assembly
- Proven track record of leading teams and improving manufacturing processes
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Expertise in production planning, workflow optimization, and quality control systems
- Proficiency in ERP/MES systems and manufacturing software
- Excellent problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability
