Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and optimize daily plating production lines to ensure high output targets and efficiency.
- Manage wet chemical processes, ensuring precise bath maintenance, chemical balancing, and strict environmental disposal compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of operators and technicians to foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Implement and monitor Quality Assurance (QA) protocols to reduce scrap rates and improve first-pass yield.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs and calibrations.
- Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and safety protocols.
- Analyze production data and implement Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and streamline processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align plating operations with broader manufacturing goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Metallurgy, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role within the plating or electroplating industry.
- Strong hands-on experience with wet chemical processes, surface finishing, and anodizing procedures is mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of plating parameters, chemical handling, and process troubleshooting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
- Valid Malaysian work permit or citizenship is required.
