We are looking for a dedicated Manufacturing Operations Executive to join our dynamic team in Bayan Lepas. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high safety standards. The ideal candidate will play a key part in our continuous improvement initiatives by managing inventory accuracy and leading 5S activities. As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will bridge the gap between management and floor operations. You will ensure that production targets are met while adhering to strict quality control measures and safety regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily manufacturing operations and workflow to ensure production targets are met efficiently.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and organize 5S workplace activities as directed by senior management.
- Manage and execute year-end physical inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Evaluate and prepare year-end Gross Production Data (GPD) reports for management review.
- Train, mentor, and monitor the performance of production staff to ensure operational excellence.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery is in optimal working condition.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to improve overall productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Manufacturing Supervisor or Operations Executive in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, 5S methodology, and inventory management systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing production schedules.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and basic ERP systems.
