Intel is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Manufacturing Operations Manager (Contract) to lead our high-performing manufacturing team in Kulim, Kedah. In this critical role, you will drive operational excellence, oversee manufacturing technicians, and ensure maximum uptime, productivity, and safety compliance across our state-of-the-art facilities.
As a Manufacturing Operations Manager, you will act as a key driver of day-to-day production performance. You will oversee staffing, equipment maintenance, and continuous process improvements, collaborating closely with cross-functional engineering teams to resolve bottlenecks and meet strict output targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of manufacturing technicians to ensure safe and efficient round-the-clock operations.
- Oversee daily production schedules, monitor output performance, and implement recovery plans when necessary to meet business goals.
- Manage maintenance scheduling and equipment utilization to minimize downtime and maximize yield.
- Ensure strict adherence to corporate safety, environmental, and quality standards (EHS & ISO).
- Identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma) to optimize efficiency.
- Coordinate staffing, shift allocations, and training programs to ensure team competency and high performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical), Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment (semiconductor or electronics industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing execution systems (MES), lean manufacturing principles, and 5S methodologies.
- Proven track record of managing equipment maintenance and technical staffing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Willingness to work in a flexible shift environment if required by production demands.
