Join PepsiCo's dynamic manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Operations Manager specializing in Maintenance. In this critical leadership role, you'll drive operational excellence by implementing strategic maintenance programs that maximize equipment uptime, optimize production efficiency, and ensure compliance with safety standards. You'll oversee the entire maintenance lifecycle from work order tracking to spare parts inventory management, while leveraging data analytics to identify improvement opportunities. This position requires proactive problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex mechanical systems and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve production targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize unplanned downtime
- Manage work order systems to prioritize, track, and document maintenance activities
- Oversee spare parts inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost-effective procurement
- Analyze production data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare comprehensive operational reports for senior leadership on KPIs and maintenance metrics
- Conduct quality inspections of incoming materials and finished products
- Lead and mentor maintenance teams, fostering a culture of safety and operational excellence
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to align maintenance strategies with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and preventive maintenance methodologies
- Proven experience in production data analysis and reporting tools
- Certification in maintenance management (e.g., CMRP, CMM) preferred
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Deep understanding of OSHA and GMP standards in manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance management software
