Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end production assembly operations to ensure daily output targets and quality standards are met.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of assemblers, fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and professional development.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives by identifying manual processes that can be automated or digitized for better data visibility.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies to optimize production throughput.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure parts availability for assembly lines.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to team members to bridge skill gaps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve technical issues and streamline supply chain bottlenecks.
- Maintain rigorous compliance with workplace safety standards and industrial quality protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in an industrial or high-precision parts manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record in driving process improvement projects and operational efficiency.
- Strong technical aptitude with a working knowledge of digital manufacturing tools, ERP systems, or MES software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Solid understanding of Lean Six Sigma or 5S methodologies.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to troubleshoot production challenges under tight deadlines.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to the West Region of Singapore.
