Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Conduct detailed quality inspections on raw materials and finished products.
- Adhere strictly to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
- Assist in machine setup, changeovers, and basic maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily production targets and resolve issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S principles.
Kualifikasi
- GCE N/O Levels or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in manufacturing is an advantage, but training is provided for motivated beginners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of safety practices and quality control.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts if required.
