Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor various production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform routine quality checks on products during various stages of production to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Load and unload materials and finished products from machines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and housekeeping regulations.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, production issues, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and minor adjustments to machinery as required.
- Record production data accurately, including quantities produced, downtime, and quality issues.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets and maintain workflow efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately and meticulously.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with operating machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks.
