Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient output and quality standards
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting as per established protocols
- Adhere strictly to safety regulations and workplace hygiene policies
- Document production activities and maintain accurate quality control records
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflows and resolve operational issues
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Follow standard operating procedures for machine setup, calibration, and shutdown
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with relevant technical background
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or production environment
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and quality awareness
- Ability to work in shifts and stand for extended periods
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Willingness to undergo company-provided technical training
